Some elements of CrossFit can be done in regular gyms. It is about making some room for improvisations with what you have. We encourage anyone yearning to train on their own using the principles of CrossFit to do so. Instead of putting the main focus on gear like barbells and bumper plates, kettlebells, monkey bars, Olympic rings, ropes, medicine balls and the like, CrossFit uses very little of the equipment or machines found in regular gyms. In case you enjoy working out on your own and have your own training program to follow, there’s a spacious gym for you. Our gym is welcome to you. Our gym is ideal for all kinds of exercising from lighter workout to high-intensity training and bodyweight training.
At CrossFit CW, we have taken the philosophy of CrossFit of constantly varied high intensity training to provide the individual’s needs and fitness goals through either one-on-one or our group sessions. While CrossFit may be a challenge to find out the world’s fittest, the CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the absolute application for any individual–with or without experiences.
Along with the understanding of the needs of different individuals, this philosophy of CrossFit has been infused into the classes that we offer at CrossFit CW. All in all, the aim of CrossFit is to form a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by assessable and observable results.
CrossFit CW’s range of classes enable any committed individuals with all skill and fitness levels to contribute a participation in a capacity that they are comfortable with. You can do CrossFit on the weekend, at home, or in our gym–we make everything easy so that you can accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance with CrossFit.
